How Does Utility Boss Work?
SUBMIT REFERRAL
Approximately 3 weeks prior to the closing date, submit client info by clicking “Submit Referral” in the top right corner of the UTILITYBOSS.com site.
RESEARCH AND PREPARATION
Utility Boss will research all available service options and prepare accordingly. It’s this preparation time that allows us to minimize the amount of time your client spends on the phone.
CONSULTATION
Your client will be contacted and on this call Utility Boss will offer the best options according to their requests. Once your client chooses the best services and promotions for their needs, we take care of the rest.
Service Activations
Utility Boss will then schedule & coordinate the installations of each service requested to fit their schedule. Not the other way around.
